At an sng you start with low, raising blinds. While the blinds are raising you will go through 3 different SNG-Phases, the early stage, the mid stage & the SNG-Endstage! Watch a 6$ SnG-Sessionreview produced by pokerstrategy coach chenny8888 =>>

The Early SNG-Stage (>24 Big Blinds)

Whyle your in the early stage of a sng the most important thing for you is patience! Play only the best hands and play them tight aggressive! If you get good odds for hands like suited connectors or pocketpairs you can call with them if the situation is good! Dont bluff around, play your good hands straight forward to get most out of your hands! Remember, by slowplaying you offer your opponent to outdraw you with freecards you gave them!

The Sng Mid-Stage (14-24 Big Blinds)

Whyle the blinds getting bigger & bigger you need to adapt your strategy to that new situation! When the blinds where low you were able to fold one orbit after the other without harming your chipstack too much. So the blinds are bigger now & you need to get more aggressive! Loose up your range, attack the blinds if you can get first in. Try to build up your stack for the end-stage of the sng by playing, aggressive, straightforward poker!

The Sng End-Stage (<14 Big Blinds)

In the End-Stage of an Sng the blinds are huge in relation to your chipstack & if your not a big chipleader the only decision you can choose from is either push or fold. Calling in the endstage of an sng is almost always very stupid ( In case there is a shortstack all in, & other bigstacks already called it is sometimes recommendable to to call & check it down to get the shortstack busted). Play a lot of hands if you can get first in, loose up your range drasticly, steal blinds. take over the chiplead and win the tournament!
