Who really profits from Rakeback?

Published on August 3, 2009 by TPD-Admin   ·   No Comments

Well, the short answer. Everyone

Long answer. Everyone.

To be honest when I started out playing poker, I never even knew what rakeback was. Now. I won’t sign up to a site without rakeback.

Im sure alot of players are the same. They just hear about a poker site because thats where there friends play. So they decide to play there. They might look for a sign up bonus, but asking them to look for a rakeback deal is to much. I was the same.

However, now that I have told you to look for a rakeback deal before signing up, you have no excuses.

Rakeback is money for nothing, well not nothing, but money you can get back. Rakeback is simple a percentage of rake that you pay to the site that you get back. For example, If you have a 40% rakeback deal like the one at Gloss Poker, for every $1 you pay in rake you’ll get 40c back. So over your playing career imagine how much you’ll be missing out on if you sign up without rakeback.

If I was to suggest a good rakeback deal, I would suggest the 40% rakeback on Gloss Poker. That’s where I play. If you ever fancy a game just look up DONKER. I’m be the one cleaning up in the corner (only part-time). The rest of the time I’m searching for all the fish’s to eat.

(click here to download Gloss Poker and get 40% rakeback)
